We live in Seattle and wanted to send flowers to the sister of our dear friend who died exactly a year ago. Erika, of Top Notch Florist, answered the phone and sprung into action. As it turned out, the address we gave her was a PO Box. Erika persisted, found the recipient and delivered the dozen red roses to the surprised and grateful sister of our dear friend. I recommend Top Notch as an efficient and caring business.

Beautiful roses, all opening uniformly, only comment is that there was no info as to who sent them and no info included as to what florist they came from.
